Borsh for Emily

onions, diced potatoes, carrots and beets, peas - boil till cooked. add a spoon of apple cider vinegar and a cut in half lemon. garlic. spices (mine: garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper, italian seasoning, thyme, turmeric ). add cabbage at the very end. leave to languish.
add a spoon of sour cream and dill when served.
